Hello I'm new to Reiki and Chakra meditation. I want to be able to activate each of my Chakra points each day so that I can better align myself!

@healinghandsreiki very well put. would add one correction; the word for ki in chinese is Qi in pinyin and Ch'i in Wade-Giles system, as in Qigong (pinyin) or Ch'i Kung (wade-giles). It is different from the word in Tai Chi Chuan (pinyin) or Tai Ji Quan (wade-giles). So Qi=Ch'i is different from Ji=Chi. Tai Chi literally means supreme ultimate. Absolutely, Reiki is nowhere near being new age

@xxxrockababexxx Oh, it is, in fact it is apparently so relaxing, you literally can't keep track of time hahha. ANd just for people wondering, you don't have to be a specific religion to do this stuff. I'm mostly christian, but I'm also mostly Goth (I know its not a religion) but I was doing this before I was Goth.
